SPONSOR This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Green Spring Inc. DBA Green Spring Tractor, 846 Greenspring Rd, Newville, PA 17241 ("Sponsor"). 2. ELIGIBILITY Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins at the start of the Sponsor's Open House event on May 30, 2026, and closes at 1:45 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on May 30, 2026. Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than May 28, 2026. 4. HOW TO ENTER There are two methods of entry: Method 1 – In-Person Digital Entry (Primary): Attend the Sponsor's Open House event at 846 Greenspring Rd, Newville, PA 17241 on May 30, 2026, and complete an official entry form either via an on-site kiosk or by scanning the provided QR code to access the entry form on your personal device. You must provide your full legal name and telephone number. Email address is optional and is required only if you elect to receive marketing email communications from Sponsor (see §5 Bonus Entry). In-person entries must be submitted no later than 1:45 PM ET on May 30, 2026. Method 2 – Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, telephone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it via First-Class U.S. Mail to: Green Spring Tractor Open House Sweepstakes, 846 Greenspring Rd, Newville, PA 17241. Mail-in entries must be RECEIVED by Sponsor no later than May 28, 2026. Entries received after this date will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible mail-in entries. A telephone number is required on all mail-in entries; entries without a telephone number will be disqualified. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 5. BONUS ENTRY Entrants who provide a valid email address and explicitly consent to receive marketing email communications from Sponsor at the time of entry will receive one (1) additional entry into the drawing, for a maximum of two (2) entries per person. Providing an email address is required in order to receive marketing communications and the associated bonus entry. In-Person Entry: Consent must be indicated by selecting the email marketing opt-in option on the kiosk or QR code entry form. Mail-In Entry: Consent must be indicated by hand-printing the following statement on the 3" x 5" entry card in addition to the required entry information: "I agree to receive marketing emails from Green Spring Tractor." Entry cards that do not include this exact statement will receive one (1) base entry only. Subsequent unsubscription from marketing emails after entry will not affect prize eligibility. Consent to marketing communications is not required to enter or win. 6. DRAWING Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entry tickets received, with each valid entry representing one (1) ticket and each valid bonus entry representing one (1) additional ticket. The drawing will take place at approximately 2:00 PM ET on May 30, 2026, at the Open House event location. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entry tickets received. 7. PRIZES Grand Prize (1): One (1) Yanmar YP3625PWC Pressure Washer. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $599.00. Additional Prizes: A number of prizes consisting of branded merchandise and promotional items will also be awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion. ARV of each additional prize item varies; no cash value will be assigned. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any additional prize item with one of equal or greater value. Total ARV of all prizes: approximately $599.00 plus merchandise. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Prize Pickup: All prizes must be claimed and picked up in person by the winner at Sponsor's location, 846 Greenspring Rd, Newville, PA 17241, within seven (7) days of the drawing date. Sponsor does not ship prizes. Winner is solely responsible for transportation to and from the pickup location and for any transportation of the prize. Prizes not claimed within the seven (7) day pickup period will be forfeited at Sponsor's sole discretion. 8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION The Grand Prize winner will be announced at the drawing on May 30, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM ET. If the Grand Prize winner is not present at the time of the drawing, Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner using the contact information provided at entry (telephone number, and email address if provided) within five (5) business days. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the time period specified by Sponsor. Failure to return required documentation may result in forfeiture of prize. 9. PUBLICITY Except where prohibited by law, entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, and general location for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. 10. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, including drawing time, prize composition, or other details, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Released Parties (defined as Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives) are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. 11. DISPUTES This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflicts of law principles. 12.
